@stazybohorn People from the 2 provinces of Limburg are said to have the purest pronunciation when speaking Dutch, not their dialect
@stazybohorn There is no Belgisch Nederlands, there is just Nederlands with dozens of differences in pronunciation across the whole area
@stazybohorn Got that wrong, there are as many differences in pronunciation of Dutch within the Netherlands as between NL and BE

Van Rompuy = Βαν Ρόμπεϊ, not Βαν Ρόμπουϊ, at least, that is the closest correct approximation
