The good news is that our lowly 2Mbit DSL connection will be upgraded to a roaring 50Mbit LTE connection in September

The bad news is that after Telekom central office said we couldn’t get ADSL at all, the local rep says we can, up to 2Mbit max…

Meanwhile Deutsche Telekom wrote us a letter (yes on paper) after my ONLINE application for ADSL, telling us we can’t have one. tbc

Just crossed the Danube

Just entered Slovenia, no more motorway, on the scenic route. Overall the first part of this day we’ve been driving thru beautiful nature

Left Belgrade at 7:30 this morning, approaching Zagreb now. It’s 10:30, motorway is fantastic, not too much traffic

We made it to Belgrade without problems, had a cold shower (very hot here) and are in the midst of a wedding party right now
