@GraHodgetts Everything takes 3 days 😛 3d for pick up, 3d for diagnose, 3d for spares to arrive. 3d prolly for repair and 3d for return 🙁

When I asked why the “status update” screen wasn’t … euhm… updated after 3 days, she asked “what should we put there?” #applecaregreece
She said Apple doesn’t supply them with spares, have to order all and any separately. This is #applecaregreece
When I pointed out that lady I spoke to when registering defect had said they had spares in stock, she denied that #applecaregreece
When called they said video is defective (I knew that) and they ordered “a new video board”. Yesterday. Will take 2-3 days. #applecaregreece
AppleCare Greece has had my MBP for 3 full working days, their “status update” screen still only says they received it

@markpapadakis I concur with @vtripolitakis @sugarenia, Mail alone in iOS7 is a complete disaster, usability issues overall abound
