Got an external 2.5″ harddisk (same as internal in MBP) and looking at cloning software that makes exact bit-for-bit copies

@sugarenia Yep, dead as a doornail. Trying to fiddle with the EFI boot process to get some life into it but no success so far

Now I know what my mom meant when she said I was unique: nobody else reported problems with the EFI 2.1. I’m *that* unique! :-/
